
What will it cost?
I try to keep my pricing simple and fair, all of the below are exclusive of GST.
My hourly rate is $100.00
If I visit your home or workplace then my minimum fee will be $75.00
If I provide phone / remote support via TeamViewer then the first five minutes are free, after that there is a minimum charge of $50.00
I have a travel charge based on location - ask me about this when you contact me.
Eastbourne and the Bays, Petone and Lower Hutt do not generally incur a travel charge.
My standard payment option is internet banking into my New Zealand bank account, I do not accept cheques or cash.
My standard terms are seven days from invoice, though I offer 20th of the following month options for long standing business clients.
For hardware purchases, I may ask for a deposit.
I also accept payment via Stripe, this incurs a surcharge based on Stripe's charges, currently 2.7%
