Yes. Many of my clients have worked with me for years. I provide ongoing support, advice and project assistance for businesses that value having a trusted technology adviser they can call when needed.
Do you only work with businesses?
No. While much of my work is with businesses, I also work with individuals and families, particularly through my Technology Planning for Later Life service.
Do you charge for advice?
Yes. Advice is often the most valuable part of what I provide. Sometimes a short conversation can save hours of frustration, avoid unnecessary spending, or help you make a better technology decision.

Do you fix printers?
I'll happily help connect, configure and troubleshoot printers.
However, if your printer has developed a mysterious fault, started speaking in error codes, or has decided that cyan is no longer a valid colour, we may need to have a serious conversation about replacement options.
Life is too short to spend it arguing with printers.
What is your least favourite technology?
Printers.
It's always printers.
Do you charge extra for humour?
No. It's a bundled service.
